I worked with USAHockey and directed a six-part docuseries following the lives of the US Women’s National Hockey team as they fought through the Rivalry Series to compete in the 2024 World Championship. From writing story outlines, developing the initial treatment, conducting interviews with the athletes, working through the edit with our post-production team, coordinating marketing materials, and delivering the final product to the network, I lead the production from start to finish, and we received glowing reviews from our client and the NHL Network
Commercial Direction
After three successful seasons, the actress playing SafeSitter’s Babysitter Boss aged out, and was heading to college—amazing for her, but not great for the continuing channel. I worked with SafeSitter to audition talent and find our new Babysitter Boss, and direct a eight-episode series featuring her best advice and tips on surviving babysitting—all accompanied by creative graphics and Broll.

For The Children’s Museum’s 100th anniversary, I directed a video to send to donors to raise $100 million for the museum’s next chapter. After pitching the initial creative treatment, the most difficult part was filming as many exhibits as we could in the 472,000 square foot building—in four hours, and with a group of child actors up past their bedtime. However the magic of being in the museum after dark not only helped me keep our actors joyful and excited, but the feeling spread to the whole cast for an unforgettable shoot experience and final product the client loved.

I directed the 2022-2023 media days for USAHockey’s women’s national team. I created the concept design for each year, and directed the players on-site through poses for their headshots and hype station videos. I also interviewed the players, and oversaw the post-production edit for those final videos.

IBJMedia had a goal of targeting younger professionals to subscribe to their newspaper. For the creative treatment, I pitched using younger actors in different stages of their careers to show that the Indianapolis Business Journal is relevant for all young professionals. I auditioned, hired, and directed our talent on-site, and coordinated a rather well-timed confetti explosion, if I do so say myself (I believe four takes? Not too shabby).
